Can Prostate Cancer Be Prevented?

Prostate Cancer is the second most common form of cancer in men but what if you could take steps to prevent it? This September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and while cancer is scary, you can take positive steps to protect your prostate. You might even be surprised how pleasant prevention can be.

Researchers found that men, who averaged 21 ejaculations a month, were a third less likely to have prostate cancer, than those who ejaculated less frequently.

The Baby's first visit to the Doctor

The doctor arrived, and examined the baby, Checked his weight, and being a little concerned, asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.

"Breast-fed," she replied.

Navigate menus using the keyboard

You can speed up tasks in almost any program by choosing menu items using your keyboard instead of your mouse. This operation is particularly handy when you're performing repetitive tasks.

To control menus using your keyboard

With your program open, press the ALT key. Notice that one letter on each menu name is now underlined. To open the menu, press the underlined key. For example, in Internet Explorer, the View menu name shows the V underlined after you press the ALT key. To open the View menu, press the ALT key, and then press V.
