A father walks into a restaurant with his young son. He gives the young boy 3 coins to play with to keep him occupied. Suddenly, the boy starts choking, going blue in the face. The father realizes the boy has swallowed the coins and starts slapping him on the back. The boy coughs up 2 of the coins, but keeps choking. Looking at his son, the father is panicking, shouting for help.

I can sleep when the wind blows...
Years ago, a farmer owned land along the Atlantic seacoast.
He constantly advertised for hired hands. Most people were reluctant to work on farms along the Atlantic. They dreaded the awful storms that raged across the Atlantic, wreaking havoc on the buildings and crops.
As the farmer interviewed applicants for the job, he received A steady stream of refusals.

It's easy to get stuck in old patterns and old routines that keep us comfortable but don't necessarily promote growth.
Stepping out of our comfort zone for a new stage of growth can be painful. Just imagine how it would feel to be a worm and then turn into a butterfly!
