All of us are aware that climate change and global warming is a global problem confronting every country in the world even India. We all need to do something about the same to save our planet.

Earth Hour 2009 is a global initiative, a fight against climate change and global warming. It is going to take place on 28th March this month from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm when all of us are required to switch off our lights and all other electrical appliances for an hour in support of this event.

WWF India in collaboration with HP India has initiated the Earth Hour 2009 for the first time in India and we all need to participate in the event.
