*#3370# - Enhanced Full Rate Codec (EFR) activation. Increase signal strength, better signal reception. It also help if u want to use GPRS and the service is not responding or too slow. Phone battery will drain faster though.

Hello,
I'm having troubles with my nokia 7610, when it starts, it shows "NOKIA, and the two hands shaking" but then the screen turns white and starts flashing.
But the problem is that the hard reset doesn't work (the *,3, on/off switch).
Does anyone have any idea how to get my phone back up and running?
