i want to share my expereiences in respect of mobile theft or lost. i sent mail as stated above but the mail was returned unserved. I intimated the loss to the mobile providers and I reecived a reply from one company asking me to provide the First Information Report filed by the Police. I Wonder when the complaint is taken on file by the Police the law is set on motion. Only in cases where the person lost the mobile is not going to the Police Station or unable to get his Complaint is not registered is approaching the service providers by asking them to trace the lost mobile with the use of IMEI.The Cellulars companies after collecting huge sums from their customers are wantonly refusing to help the customers.This is higly condemnable what ever reasons they give.They got latest instruments which will reveal all datas with in few seconds. God Only help us in tracing back our lost mobiles. None in india to help us.
