Health Scenerio among underserved population in India.

The underserved population covers 84% population of India. Now in India above one billion population. I have studied with Eastern India population (underserved population ) from 1981 till the date and concluding as below:
(1) Cancer is one of the major health problem in regards to survival value.
(2) AIDS is appearing as the second largest health burden while comparing with other countries of the World.
(3) Tuberculosis is not controlled as expected.
(4) Maternal mortality.
(5) Infectious diseases.
(6) Parasitic Diseases.
(7) Deficiency disorders.
(8) Gastro-intestinal infections.
(9) Child Mortality rate.
(10) Cardiovascular Diseases.
(11) Diabetes Mellitus.
etc. are appearing as per WHO report as the Global Burden in every aspects.

I am a missionary pathologist and serving rural communities of Eastern India, Assam and North Eastern Region of India.
It is found that there are enough technical and medical facilities are needed to set a trend to equate these areas with International Standard.

May I request your honor to help me by providing a few disease detection equipments, health awareness books, audio-visual apparatus, Equipped Mobile Disease Detection Vans etc. Then I can help them in a better way than what our cancer society is doing now.

We have started a new N.G.O. in Mira-road called as Blind People’s Welfare Association, to implement the following projects.
1. Provide assistance in education, profession and rehabilitation.
2. To provide medical assistance to the blind, their children and elderly family members. We teach Braille in free and give computer trainings also to the blind and handicapped students without any cost.
3. Explore job opportunities, employments for better living, especially for housewives and aged women.
4. Arrange food clothing and shelter to the ageing visually impaired.
5. Give full and free guidance to the blind and handicapped without any discrimination in all matters like education job training or duties, be it at official level or legal or social case.
6. Give away financial assistance in small amounts to the most needy blind persons to fulfill their urgent requirements.

We welcome you to co-operate and extend every possible help because we seek your valuable time and timely attention for the welfare of our the visually challenged and especially able persons in and around our city. So far I have worked with all the young social workers of the National Federation of the Blind in Pune.
w e have started our own N.G.O. called Blind people's welfare association which is situated at Mira road near local railway station and just a two or three minutes walking distance away MIRAROAD railway stn. I have been a resource (special) teacher for last 25 years for the blind students in municipal corporation Pune, and still I am a life member
of National Federation of the Blind – Pune, and National Association
for the Blind-Mumbai and an active worker in Pune Blind Men's
Association also. .

We arrange group visit to science exhibitions for visually impaired students along with tutors readers and writers in vacations.· I like to make door to door visits to cater the needs of distantly located blind persons. I inspire them to get education and learn to work with ordinary people. I arrange medical checkups as a routine.

I have an experience of being a resource teacher during 1985---2005 at NETAJEE-SUBHASHCHANDRA-BOSE VIDYALAYA,YERWADA.PUNE.411006. M.S. . Conducting a special unit of visually impaired students under integrated education scheme of the central govt. I still do fieldwork meet people, like teachers' attendants, guides and assistants, various social workers and we collect knowledge about various disabilities and their impacts on our society.

. I have also worked with a lot of sight gifted children in
normal schools for more than five years time to
the needy and deserving people, who always need our attention .in
regard of education, job ,medical help, and rehabilitations etc.

There is always legal advice
and guidance to all blind and handicapped friends for their bright and independent
future.· we have been conducting special and regular trainings to improve mobility
in blind people. · We do our best to secure and ensure admissions in
various institutions like colleges training centers, hostels,
hospitals etc.· Being member of the committee for blind .. . .
. Myself being totally blind woman I am especially interested in the activities of blind women for
their welfare .i search job opportunities for housewives and visually
handicapped girls and always work for their betterment.because I am a member of thecomitte for advancement of the status of blind women.( national association for the blind- India)

We are sure that you will take care of our needs and give us due attention.

We don’t seek monetary funds. We simply want to have an ambulance for the task of
transporting our people of their trainings,education,and programs we need such
vehicle for visiting distant places to run eye check up camps and to spread
awareness about the light of education among the blinds and handicapped.
,we need some office furniture , and other gifts that can be used by blind and
handicapped for their welfare and upliftment.

I Manal S Dadge is the student of VIKAS HIGH SCHOOL AND Jr COLLEGE OF ARTS ,COMMERCE AND SCIENCE.I SCORED 83% IN SSC BOARD EXAMINATION.My father died due to heart attack ON 28TH september.My mother takes tuition and take care of my fees.I am not in a state of doing part time job because of studies stress.My field is SCIENCE IT and i am studing in 11th standard.i want to became A software engieneer and work for a respectable company like your's.My mother and I will manage to make my Jr College fees but i would be thankfull to you if you may help me to meet my engieneering fees.We have no other source of income other than tuition.Plase take my request and grant me your help if u can.Please.
