A man and his wife, moved from Ahmedabad ,Gujarat to Bombay , Chattrappatti Shivaji .

The husband had a wooden leg, and to insure it back in Gujarat , it cost them Rupees 100,000-. ( Rupees One Hundred Thousand ( Ek Lakh ) Per year!

When they arrived in Bombay , they went to Kanjibhai's insurance agency to see how much it would cost to insure the man's wooden leg.

Kanjibhai looked it up on the computer and said: 'Rupee 2,000/- ( Two Thousand ).'

The husband was shocked and asked why it was so cheap here in Bombay to insure it because it cost him One Lakh Rupees in Ahmedabad.
