Well considering all the

karen's picture

Well considering all the information in this article I think I can pass the visit to my nutritionist and start finding best ways to get these vitamins. Of course, they can be found in fruits, vegetables, seeds but I personally don't have the time to gather them all. So I think some new chapter vitamins from the drug store might be a good start for me.
