Something similar has been experienced by Aishwarya Rai Bachan’s fan when she draped in green and pink sari walked out from the mall guarded by guards and director Vipul Shah.

Abhishek Bachchan was born 5 February 1976 in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

His elder sister is Shweta Bachchan-Nanda (b. 1974). His grandfather, Harivansh Rai Bachchan, was a well-known poet of Hindi literature. The original last name of his parental family is Srivastav, Bachchan being the pen name used by his grandfather. However, when his father Amitabh entered films, he did so under his own father's pen name. Bachchan is of Punjabi Sikh heritage from his grandmother Teji's side, while also of Bengali Kulin Brahmin descent from his mother Jaya Bhaduri's side.

Rumours were rife that Aishwarya Rai will dance to the tunes of hit number ‘Apni toh jaise taise’, which was originally picturised on her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, in Sajid Khan’s ‘Houseful’. But sources close to her say that she is yet to accept the offer.

‘Aishwarya has been approached by Sajid Khan but she has yet to revert back to them. She is busy with the shooting of ‘Guzaarish’, ‘Action Replay’ and ‘Endhiran’,’ Aishwarya’s spokesperson told.

Recent media reports suggested that Sajid Nadiadwala had bought the rights of the song, which is from the 1981 blockbuster ‘Laawaris’ and that he had approached Aishwarya for it.

Sonam "denies" calling Aishwarya Rai "Aunty"

Remember the 'Aunty Ji' controversy where Sonam Kapoor had started referring to Aishwarya Bachchan as Aunty because she had starred opposite her father Anil Kapoor. Sonam has no backtracked and claims she never said anything of that kind. In a recent interview she said that a lot has been said and written about the issue and it has become very messy and dirty and she wouldn't want to comment about the issue any more.
