Chandrababu Naidu from Telangana villain to Hero

pavan Jul 20, 2010

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President N Chandrababu Naidu once again refused to take bail and preferred to stay behind the bars for five more days. A court in Maharashtra's Nanded district on Monday extended the judicial custody of the TDP Chief and 74 other party leaders.

Just a week ago, Naidu was seen as a villain in the Telangana region, but he has now become a hero and hailed as the saviour. Former Andhra Pradesh chief minister and TDP Chief Naidu has hijacked the disputed Babli barrage issue right under the nose of pro-Telangana TRS and the ruling Congress party in his state. His arrest and judicial custody have elevated Naidu to martyrdom in the eyes of the local people.

"This is almost an illegal arrest and that's why we took the stand," said TDP leader and MP Dr M V Mysura Reddy.

Shilpa Jul 7, 2010

When YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was not allowed to enter the Telangana region few weeks back, many people and political analysts were of the view that he lost his support in the Telangana region completely.

But today that myth was busted as the train that he was traveling passed through the Telangana region en route to Srikakulam.

Thousands of Congress cadre from the Telangana region came to greet him at stations like Miryalaguda which has seen a lot of Telangana activism since many months.

And a point to note is that the Congress cadre belonged to the local areas and were not 'imported' from other regions of Telangana or like Andhra.

I bribed Telangana students : KCR

Shilpa May 14, 2010

In a sensational statement, the TRS president Mr. K Chandrasekhar Rao today said that initially the students of the Telangana were not very eager on the Telangana issue. And in such a situation he and his party leaders had to bring in students and train them for around ninety days, revealed KCR.

"We spent a lot of money for training the students. The students too know that. The students didn't fall from heavens and it was only after our training in the Telangana bhavan that the students participated in the Telangana agitation". KCR claimed.

These statements shocked many people. Why did KCR make such untimely statements? Most of the Telangana students and people are behind him and today's statements indicate that something is not right between KCR and the students.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy becomes Telangana hero!!

Shilpa Apr 14, 2010

Till the other day many people had doubts about YS Jagan's tour in the Telangana region. Many people even went to the extent of saying that YS Jagan would not be able to move forward even an inch in the region.

He proved his critics wrong. Just like the Godavari districts, the people in the Telangana region too came to see him. There were hordes of people everywhere.

No Telangana JAC or the TRS could stop his movements in the region. Even the call by the TRS and the so called Osmania JAC to boycott YS Jagan fell on deaf ears.

Incidentally the ministers like Ramreddy Venkat Reddy and others who have not bothered about YS Jagan till few days back have come to greet YS Jagan in the Khammam district.

KCR killed many Telangana people : Gaddar

Rekha Apr 13, 2010

The revolutionary balladeer from Telangana, Mr Gaddar has once again hit out at KCR. After getting on KCR yesterday, today too he gave an interview to a news channel this morning.

He asked the Telangana people to note the 'stupid' tactics used by K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

He reminded that the Telangana people including students never committed suicides before KCR did the so called fast in last December. But the new trend of suicides increased only after that since KCR caused a 'fear psychosis' in the minds of the people.
