- Nuts such as walnuts and almonds, are recommended, as not conducive to the accumulation of fat and promote their elimination.
- Prefer olive oil as salad dressing or for frying certain foods, as has been shown to contain unsaturated fats (which cause no harm to the body), is nutritious and antioxidant, i.e. fight free radicals (compounds that accelerate aging of cells).
- Practice exercise according to their age and physical condition, it is the best way to burn calories accumulated.
