Sorry that MTN has been messing us up, but for the mean time i discovered this settings that works very well with freedom using ZAIN network.

FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1. Goto dmc.ng.zain.com and activate your zain GPRS but if you have already activated your own, dial *141*712*4# and ignore the insufficient balance message
2. goto your PC suite, use manual configuration and configure it this way
access point: internet.ng.zain.com
username and password: internet
3. then goto your-freedom and configure the proxy settings; configure it with this proxy.
proxy address: 222.66.116.108 or 148.233.239.23
proxy port: 8080
username and password: internet
goto your-freedom server address and edit it to:
ems.your-freedom.de and connection mode "https"
4. You can now save and exit and enjoy.

PINGFU UDP still works fine with both mtn and zain.
