If you are running your iphone on pc you dont need a special program to copy pics onto pc or laptop, when you plug in your iphone it should come up with a dialog box that asks what you want to do and there is an option on there for pic transfer, alternatively you can go to - my computer, then double click on iphone pic then click internal storage, then click DCIM, then 100 apple and then all your pics will appear then just select and drag into whichever folder you want, hope this helps.
