I stumbled across this page looking some plugins and wanted to say Intrabench should have been in the list above, we've been using it about 2 years now and we've really found it fast and reliable not only that but some of the features we wanted were implement by the team within 2 days! Just download the free CRM HoudiniESQ. You can install it on a laptop or install it on a dedicated server. It provides secure web access regardless of where you install it. I've seen few stable open source CRMs in sourceforge. Is any of them as good as commercial crms?

Anyone have an opinion on a good SaaS/cloud based CRM package?
Salesforce is popular but it is not that best (in terms of memory footprint customization etc). Sugar CRM is good in that.
Also, guys now Onyx CRM is changed to Consona CM. found that by visiting their website.
I have been looking at CRM's and found Black ICE a UK and US based hosted CRM for businesses. Seems like a good price for a hosted one
