Now a days most of the the Teenagers having the mobile phone always use to talk with someone.Actually its wasting valueble time in their life.For communication purpose mobile is required but it should not be mandatory.....
teens should not own mobile phones. They tend to use it for wrong reasons e.g chatrooms like mxit- they end up dating older people,get exposed to pornographic material. They demand money to buy airtime. they should alwaiz have their parents contact numbers everywhere they go so that when they get involved in any incident their parents are easily contacted.

yaa mobile is not necessary for teneger.because in earlier 90es no any mobile is there.so at that time is there any problm
