And it includes everybody's coordination and cooperation to make event as successful as they can. But in this situation again couples might have made some other plans, which they may not want to disturb with this suprise event.\n\nSecond plan is to do with more cooperation and coordination, because couples want to plan in one way, and organisers may want do in different way.
