<p>Then there is the Nokia 2700 Classic which is priced at Rs.3600/-, the Samsung J150 priced at Rs.2900/- and the Samsung 3200 Metro priced at Rs.3899/-. In spite of being priced economically these mobile phones are equipped with cameras, in-built storage space, zoom and FM radio. The Samsung 3200 Metro also offers a headset which is why it is considered as being the best mobile at this price range.</p>
