Do not practice for three hours after meals; Avoid exercising during menstruation or pregnancy or in the case of ulcers.

- Guest 8 years agoHero’s pose is one of my favorites. I love to lay all the way back when I do it. Yoga guru Leeann Carey says that it’s a great one to do after lots of standing poses.
