When it comes to eating the sky is the limit and the choices are endless you can eat whatever you want but when deiting it is quite different. You do not have that choice when you are eating healthy, but you have to make a sacrafice. So you ask yourself what are the Benefits of a well balanced diet? The answer is quite easy good health.

To many people good health is worth it's own weight in gold and many top paid celebrities and athletes sacrifice time and money for that perfect shape. It's not all about looks though, a well balanced diet adds vigor and vitality and when you are old it really means something. Just put it this way would you rather be 70+ in a wheel chair or still enjoying life.

Living life to the fullest is what we were put on this earth to do and being sick half the time is not very enjoyable.
