Sagarika Ghatge: Also known as Preeti Subberwal of 'Chak De India', she got a good break with Shah Rukh Khan in her debut movie. Promising and confident. Sayali Bhagat: Winner of the Femina Miss India 2004 contest. Entered Bollywood with her movie 'The Train', opposite Emraan Hashmi. Sonam Kapoor: Anil Kapoor's daughter who made her debut with Bhansali's 'Saawariya' and took Bollywood by storm!

Urvashi Sharma: Delhi girl - moved to Mumbai to see her Bollywood dreams materialise. Got her big break with Abbas Mustan in 'Naqaab'.

Jiah Khan: She got to act opposite Mr. Bachchan in her first movie 'Nishabdh', though the movie got mixed reviews. She's all set to act with Aamir Khan in her next movie. Looks like she will go places.

Muzamil Ibrahim: A well know model, who had won the 2003 Manhunt India contest ventured into Bollywood with his first film 'Dhokha'.

Neil Mukesh: He has got the looks and he can act as well. Even though his debut film 'Johnny Gaddaar' flopped, he has caught the eye of many.

Nikita Anand: Another Delhi girl, she won the Miss India Universe crown in 2003, and was launched in tinsel town with her first film, 'Dil Dosti Etc', but says she didn't use the pageant as a gateway to Bollywood.

Ranbir Kapoor: Coming from the the fourth generation of highly prestigious and the first family of Bollywood, he had a lot of pressure on his shoulders when he made his debut with 'Saawariya' this year.

Bhairavi Goswami: This model turned actress was noted in the comic flick 'Bheja Fry', and has also worked in a silent movie: 'My Daddy Strongest'.

Deepika Padukone: She's already making splashes in Bollywood, as she was launched opposite King Khan in her debut, 'Om Shanti Om'. Need we say more?

Hansikaa Motwani: All of seventeen, she's just had her maiden hit 'Aap Ka Surroor' with Himesh Reshammiya. Hazel: Born and brought up in England, she came to India to get into Bollywood, and got her first break with 'MP3'.

Himesh Reshammiya: Love him or hate him, you just can't ignore him. This nasal singer, as he is known as, had a superhit maiden hit 'Aap Ka Surroor' in 2007.
