Beautiful breasts are careful the hot symbol with the most appealing quality. Every woman wants to have an good-looking bust line but due to lack of proper care it become saggy and loses its beauty.

Here in this article you will find some simple home care of your breasts. A woman's breasts should naturally remain firm and uplift till the age of fifties.

If they sag at a young age then general ill-health or not careful feeding of the child are the possible reasons responsible for the sagginess.

At the age of 12 or 13 a girl is supposed to start wearing a fitting brassiere. This helps in keeping the breasts in proper shape. Ready made brassieres of different sizes and shapes are available in the market and help in maintenance up the youthful bloom.

Some women do not wear a bra at all. This spoils the shape of the bust-line. If more support to the breasts is necessary, there should be a much wider band under the bosom which is excellent when the diaphragm also needs to be controlled.

Having saggy breast is very common, specially in women who have large breasts and who are aged. Adding to the difficulty, hormonal changes - both during pregnancy and as you reach menopause - make breasts sag even more. You can choose to carry out a plastic surgery.

Apart from surgery, you can lift your breast up in a natural way.

Breast Care during Pregnancy

During pregnancy the size of the bust increases. The breasts sometimes loose their firmness and the shape is changed.

This change in size is not due to breastfeeding. But even if it does change because of breastfeeding one should be rest assured that the baby is getting what is best appropriate for him/her.

The size of the breast remains increased till breastfeeding is carried on. Once feeding is stopped then the size income back to the original size.

Women with smaller breasts will be happy to hear this and will not like to refrain from breastfeeding. The increase in bust size can be noticed at once. The maximum increase takes place during the initial three months.

Home Remedies for Firmer Breasts

Rum and lemon juice: Mix 1 lemon and 1/2 cup good quality rum and let stand overnight. Apply to the breasts the next morning with a massage. Give your breasts a shower with cold water afterward.

Ice: If you do not like to shower with cold water (the best remedy for firm breasts) go over them by some ice cubes.

Cream of lavender and blessed thistle: Mix 40 grams of Vaseline with 20 drops of essence of lavender. Add an ounce of hallowed thistle extract and mix well. Massage breasts with this cream from bottom to top.

Egg: Beat an egg white until creamy and rub it on the bottom of the breast. Leave on for 30 minutes and wash with onion water.
During pregnancy:

To avoid stretch marks throughout pregnancy, apply whole milk with a cotton swab since the first month of pregnancy. Leave on for half an hour and rinse with warm water.

Exercises: A very good work out to strengthen the pectoral muscles is known as "the lizard". Lie face down and support your hands on the floor to the height of the shoulders. Stretch your arms by lifting the body as of the waist up. Repeat 10 times.
