<p>If you are looking for something that’s easy on your pocket among the numerous Ahmedabad hotels, Ginger could be just right for you. A property of the Tata group, Ginger is not very far from either the railway station or the airport.  It is a no-frills hotel, where the focus is on providing basic and necessary amenities rather than a unique ambience or experience.</p>

The hotel is located at a convenient distance from the city’s shopping malls. If you’d like to venture out during your free time you could even visit the nearby Vastrapur Lake.</p>
<p>Summit Hotel</p>
<p>Summit Hotel located on Chiman Lal Girdhar Lal Road (popularly known as CG Road) is another budget hotel in Ahmedabad. Three types of rooms are available here – Executive, Deluxe and Suites – and all of them are very reasonably priced. This too is quite close to both the railway station and the airport.</p>
<p>The hotel’s Unity Banquet Hall has a capacity of 100-150 persons and can be used for hosting a variety of events. It also has a restaurant called ‘Josh’ where a buffet breakfast is served each morning, apart from a variety of dishes that one can choose from for lunch and dinner. However, as with most restaurants in Ahmedabad, this too is a vegetarian restaurant.</p>
<p>Wi-fi facilities, 24 hour room service, digital safety locker and airport transfer are available here. As CG Road is one of the most upmarket and bustling areas of Ahmedabad, guests at the hotel can easily access shopping malls, high-end garment stores and a number of other entertainment hubs.</p>
<p>Hotel Ambassador is yet another hotel in Ahmedabad where the room rates are not expensive. A government-approved hotel, Ambassador is located near the city’s Nehru Bridge. It has 25 rooms which are all air-conditioned.</p>
<p>The hotel is also equipped with a restaurant called Atithi which serves both Indian and Continental cuisines. Round the clock room service, airport transfers, money exchange facility and a business centre are also available for guests.</p>
