* Consume fruit salads and vegetables.<br />
* Use only the needed seasonings, preferably aromatic herbs such as basil, marjoram, thyme or mint.<br />
* In case of food a little greasy or spicy, do not forget to take an antacid.</p>
<p>It is therefore advisable to moderate our impulses and understand that "more expensive will the meatballs soup" if we surrender to the spell of the typical foods of the period.</p>
