This summer seems to be too hot to handle for Chiranjeevi. Apart from the severe rise in the atmospheric temperatures in AP, the heat is also on in the Prajarajyam Party affairs.
It was just three days back when newsofap.com reported that C. Ramachandraiah group of opposing the nomination of Allu Arjun for the Rajya Sabha post. Today Chiranjeevi conducted a party meet in Rajahmundry which was attended by the cadre and leaders. In the meet it was decided that the lone possible Rajya sabha seat be given to Allu Aravind the brother in law of Chiranjeevi.
This move by Chiranjeevi has irritated the C.Ramachandraiah group and they vehemently opposed giving the Rajya sabha seat to Allu Aravind. They demanded that the Rajya Sabha seat be given to senior leader C.Ramachandraiah as he already has the experience as Rajyasabha member during the TDP rule.
Clearly taken aback by the demand Chiranjeevi visibly irritated has called off the meet in the middle and walked off the hall. The walkout by Chiru has caused confusion and chaos in the meeting resulting in the arguments and scuffles between Allu aravind and Ramachandraiah's groups.
Chiranjeevi has even called off the press meet which was scheduled to take place after the party meet.Chiranjeevi left for West Godavari dist. where he will be participating in his Polavaram Programme.
However it has to be noted that PRP cannot itself send a rajyasabha member on its own,it needs the support of 27 more MLA's which PRP is planning to garner from congress.
It is a known fact that Chiranjeevi during the last elections has made C.Ramachandraiah to contest unsuccessfully from the Machilipatnam Parliamentary constituency inspite of him hailing from Rayalaseema region. This did not go well with Ramachandraiah and since then he is anticipating that he will be given a Rajya Sabha seat.
The turn of events today clearly shows that in case Allu Aravind is given the RS seat then probably Ramachandraiah would not mind going back to his parent party TDP.It will be an herculean task for Chiranjeevi to keep his flock intact if he does not think practically and think coolly!
