Cutting down the portion sizes helps in shedding the flab from the mid section area. Avoid alcohol and colas which increase the flab in the abdomen.
Substitute alcoholic and fizz drinks with water which is essential for our body. Water flushes out the toxins from our body and keeps it hydrated. It is better to eat smaller frequent meals rather than eating heavy meals with long gaps in between. Consuming smaller frequent meals will keep the body's metabolism at the required rate and the body will burn more calories.

Although these options are available, it is safer to get rid of the flabby stomach in a natural way by exercising and following the right kind of diet.
