Cellulite on thighs appears as lumpy skin that looks somewhat like spoiled chunky milk. 90% of all women will experience this common condition as they age, especially after having children. What's the trick to cellulite removal on prone areas such as the stomach, buttocks, thighs, and legs?

Maintaining a proper BMI, diet, exercising for toning, and performing a cellulite massage on affected areas. This type of fat problem can be troublesome; however, with a little work, anyone can get rid of cellulite on thigh areas. Cellulite is those dimply bulges of skin that can resemble the peel of an orange. Cellulite is most commonly found on the stomach, arms and thighs.

Causes of cellulite include stress, hormones, genetics, smoking, a sedentary lifestyle and harsh massages. Cellulite can be treated in different ways, but exercise seems to be the best solution. Exercise not only helps to burn excess fat that can cause cellulite, but it also increases blood flow, which plumps up the skin and makes the cellulite less noticeable.

Water

Fat is building up on your body and creating a "ripple like effect" known as cellulite because those cells are full and have not been used by your body. The first secret to eliminating cellulite is to begin drinking plenty of water to start flushing out those cells and detoxifying and cleaning your body. The best way to get water into your diet is to make it taste good. Grab some fresh lemons and limes and chop them up into slivers and keep them on hand in the fridge. When you are tempted to grab a soda, a refreshing glass of water with lime will do the trick. Do not drink alcohol. It is full of sugar and is toxic to your body.

Eat right

To loose weight you have to eat; but eat right. The last thing you want to do is starve yourself because the cellulite will take even longer to come off. Breakfast should consist of lots of fresh fruits and maybe a bowl of oatmeal or cereal. Lunch needs to include protein of any kind. For dinner, get an ample serving of vegetables and protein. You can have a few cups of tea through out the day, just don't load it down with sugar and/or artificial sweeteners; eliminate them altogether. Keep grapefruit juice or tomato juice, which burn fat, on hand to have at snack time.

If you use food as a tool and eat clean, healthy and as naturally as possible, you will see results. A diet secret that dancers use to stay slim is to use vinegar on as many things as possible. Use it on spinach and salads or drink it straight. Green tea is a natural antioxidant and you should try to drink as much as possible when starting your anti-cellulite plan.

Exercise

You need to approach exercise a little differently for burning cellulite than you would for just loosing weight. Work on building long, lean, strong mussels; this will create a streamlined look and your body will begin to melt off the fat. Pilates is the best and fastest way to do this. Add 20 to 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity to your day. Add some light weights to your routine as well. The secret is to build lean muscle mass.
