There are many factors that can affect your height such as heredity, sleep habit, your activities and many more. While, there is nothing you can do about heredity factor, but you can affect other factors such as your exercises and sleep habits. Age factor also has an important role in gaining height. The younger you are the better your chance to increase your height. But even if you have passed the age of puberty, there are still few things that you can do increase your height several inches.
Sleep is important for body because during this time your body will grow and regenerate new cells and tissues. The good rule is to have proper sleep six hours per day. Proper sleep means your sleep should free from any disturbance. The best exercise to increase height is stretching exercise. If you are still at age puberty, you don’t need worry too much what kind of stretching exercise that you should do. For teenager at age puberty playing basket ball regularly is considered a good stretching exercise.
But if you are a little bit older, you might need to do few customized stretching exercises designed specifically to stretch your spine bones. Don’t worry even though it might seem scary but the process is not painful at all. You should also choose which food that you should eat. Don’t eat lot of junk food as it does more bad things than good things for your body. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
Rather than milk it is considered you consume seaweed to supply your calcium needs. Recent study shown that the excess consumption of milk doesn’t help you gain height, in fact you will lose calcium faster.
