hi, there are many different herbs all around world which can help reduce the sugar,but i would like to give you all small advice,never mind what herb you take but pls try to take herbs in very small quantity in stating so that you have to be sure that it doesn't give you any side effect.like garlic gives instant rashes on skin if person suffering from psoriasis (skin disease).while Cinnamon gives headache to many old age ladies. very imp--always take triphala powder in night never mind what disease you have .it increases immune system in every disease. pls do consult doctor b4-starting herbs.
