There is a hook of bone that will be sticking out of the bottom of the foot which is generally located where the arc of foot is attached to the heel bone; and it can be diagnosed with the help of X-ray.</p>
<p>The prime cause for occurrence of this condition is considered to be aging. This condition may be faced by elderly peoples because for the years long wear and tear of tissues in the foot. Also, aged peoples may lose the fat that surrounds the heel. The home remedies on heel spur will help to rebuild the tissues and regain the necessary fat to cushion feet.</p>
<p>Moreover, excessive strenuous activities or injury in foot is another reason for suffering from this problem. The tearing of tender tissues in the plantar fascia due to injury or strenuous activities can occur, which may lead to this painful condition. Also, excessive exercising is another reason for occurrence of this pain-giving condition. Secondly, the plantar fasciitis disease repeatedly irritates the soft tissues of heels due to which it gets inflamed and causes pain.
