How Can We Lose Weight?

If you want to lose weight and fat you will lose patience, it's no crash diets for a few days to plan if you really want to lose weight. Many formulas, powders, pills, creams and miracle exercise machines promise that the pounds of fat will fly off in no time you have a slim and feel better. The reality is usually a bit different, if you want to lose weight, you will need to have patience and perseverance, even more than you think.

This is what makes losing weight so difficult; most people give up when, after one week or two no spectacular results. When dieting is therefore important to set realistic goals, you have no fat to burn 5 pounds in 1 week. Approximately 50% of people, who start a diet or diet, give up after two weeks because they do not spectacular results of their efforts.

A good rule of thumb is that you must burn approximately 4500 calories more than you eat a pound of fat to burn. In general, we burn 100 calories per 10 minutes of exercise (moderate intensity). Runners can count on about 100 calories per mile walked there. If we sum you'd make a tidy 67.5 km to walk like you want to lose a pound of fat. These rules are widely accepted but everyone will react differently to physical activity, a correct prediction of the actual weight lost is impossible.

Pitfalls in novice athletes

Some athletes start stabbing energy in the sport while being simultaneously in other ways to save energy. Sports instead of working in the garden, brushing ... Sports would not be at the expense of physical activity; only if you replace things as watching TV sports go extra profit out of your activity.

When you're done with sports should you get tempted to eat more able to resist, it makes no sense to go beyond sports and extra calories to work inside. Try moving more and eating less or equal, then pays your athletic activity.

When you just start a new sport you use more calories than when you're well trained, along the way, your body efficiently. So initially you'll just lose more weight than a few weeks, even then you should try to hold on, and only the Persistence can keep losing weight.

If you want to lose weight successfully is a combination of exercise and healthy diet is the best way to succeed. Reduced calorie intake and burn more, lose weight is a bit math. Slowly but surely this combination leads to permanent weight loss and do not forget to better overall health.
