Impotence is a disorder of the male reproductive system. Impotence means that a man an erection of the male organ in not sustaining.

An erection is caused by blood flow to the male organ. That blood flow is triggered by feelings of erotic excitement. In erotic stimulation arterial blood flows to the small arteries in the male organ. As the blood vessels in the male organ swell, the bloodstream, and are commonly known within the cavernosa male organ filled. This leads to an erection.

Impotence can be caused by disruption of this process in one of its phases. Also impotence a result of certain diseases such as diabetes and muscular dystrophy, or psychological factors. And besides impotence can also be a side effect of some common drugs.

The male genitalia of roughly consist of 3 parts: the testicles, prostate and male organ. The testicles (testis or testicle), the sperm, testosterone (male hormone) and a little bit of estrogen (female hormone) production. The sperm cells are collected through tiny channels in the epididymis (epididymal). From both epididymis is a tube into the prostate. The prostate is the urethra from the bladder. The tubes end of the epididymis into the urethra. The prostate is additional fluid (prostatic fluid) added to the sperm so it can better reach the egg. It also regulates the prostate so that no urine from the bladder during relation and will ensure the ejaculation by squeezing hard together (using the muscles around the prostate).

The male organ is made from a simple urinary tract, surrounded by erectile tissue. These serve to make the male organ erect condition. The erectile can fill with blood making it up and hard. This happens under the influence of mental or physical arousal / stimulation. The nerves that make blood vessels dilate allowing more blood flows into the male organ. A certain mechanism then ensures that little blood flows back into the body. After ejaculation the blood flows out of the male organ.

If for some reason the amount of hormone is too low then the need for relation is off. As with age, usually decreases the amount of hormones. * Anatomical problems - May by congenital defects or diseases that occur later in life, changes occur in the structure of the tissue around the male organ. This can cause the blood supply is obstructed or that the nerves are not working properly. * Psychological causes - stress, depression, low self-esteem, and unpleasant experience related to intimacy and sexuality and anxiety may include responsible for erection problems. These problems may be temporary or prolonged place. Sometimes, the need for relation off by these problems making it difficult and sometimes it is the need but one problem with erection.
