Hair loss at a very tender age has become a common disorder today. This causes great concern to those affected by hair loss, especially good for growing hair Indian women with long hair and thick as a sign of beauty. Hair was developed in the pockets of minutes on the skin, called follicles. An increase in the base of the folic, called the papilla, actually produces hair when a special group of cells turn amino acids into keratin, a type of protein that hair is done.

Causing the most important causes of hair loss is inadequate nutrition. Even a slight decrease of almost any nutrient may cause hair fall. Lack of vitamin A can cause hair ugly. The lack of certain B vitamins, iron, copper and iodine may cause hair disorders like falling of hair and premature white. Although this vitamin may help stimulate hair growth of a woman, the deficiency is probably not a major cause of slow growth. Women are generally deficient in iodine and vitamin B1, or you can slow circulation to the scalp so that hair can fall out and new hair grows very slowly. Women who keep their diets to provide sufficient iodine, iron and B vitamins have better hair growth.

People have a tendency to lose hair should thus have a proper and balanced diet, consisting of food, in combination should supply all essential nutrients. It was found that a diet containing liberal quantities of (i) seeds, nuts and grains, (ii) vegetables and (iii) fruits, which provide adequate amounts of all essential nutrients.

Each food group should roughly form the bulk of one of the three main meals. The food is, however, is complemented by some special foods such as milk, vegetable oils, sugar, wheat germ, yeast and liver.
