The strongest among them happens to be this grapevine which has been making many rounds.</p>\n<p>Apparently, the buzz is that the Obulapuram issue was getting really hot and to create a diversion, KVP Ramachandra Rao is said to have contacted KCR and sketched out this plan of creating the T-agitation to divert media’s attention. Nothing comes for free when it comes to KCR, so KVP is said to have stashed huge piles of money to him. The common factor between KVP and KCR as many say is ‘Velama’ link.</p>\n<p>While this seems to be the situation, people and other party politicians have been sending feelers that it is none other than Y S Jagan who has been the player behind the screen for all this.
