This is also one of the very useful home remedies for liver care . • You can also take buttermilk by adding pinch of salt and powdered roasted cumin seeds into it. • White Radish is also very effective for liver care. Take the leaves and stem of the radish and sugar candy in it. Drinking this mixture on an empty stomach early in the morning is very effective in liver care.
