<p>Note that the protein catabolism and water shortages have other harmful consequences that can ruin your health and your vacation: promote dehydration (highly risky if you want to visit a beach) and circulation of toxic substances and amino acids (molecular units that make up proteins) in the blood, which in turn determines the onset of kidney damage, high cholesterol, cardiac complications, and gout (inflammation of the joints due to accumulation of uric acid, a waste product the body can not pass).</p>
<p>Another complication associated with the miraculous schemes is that they do not change eating habits, so that, upon leaving, the person repeats the customs that made him fat. To this we add that prolonged fasting produces increased appetite and, therefore, binge eating and indigestion are common during the stay in tourist resorts ... and home, so 5 or 6 kilos lost recover with interest.</p>
<p>Recommendations<br />
Do not intend to create discouragement if you really want to lose weight to improve your health and your physical appearance, but it is important to remember that miracles in nutrition do not exist. Rather, consider that obtaining permanent results can not be based on trivial advice, but in changing those habits that create problems.</p>
<p>Thus, we recommend that before beginning any regimen over a week-long talk with nutritionist to establish orderly working method based on personal data: age, gender, general health and emotional situation, it is also important to rule out the presence of conditions that may promote weight gain as a disorder of the thyroid gland (located in the neck and to coordinate multiple functions in the body).</p>
<p>Notably, the referral specialist not only in charge of designing the meal plan tailored to the needs of the patient, but should recommend physical exercise according to their abilities, because this helps to improve the health of the circulatory system and increases energy expenditure.</p>

Take this advice as a temporary solution while you decide to go to the doctor to address your problem. Undoubtedly, your health will thank you.</p>
<p>Classification of the major diets.<br />
Unbalanced low-calorie diets. Emphasize the so called zero carbohydrates, "eat half" and "gourmet." All of them cause rebound weight gain or lost quickly, even resulting in fat gain and loss of muscle mass. Meal plans are often monotonous and deficient in many nutrients, especially if the practice continues.</p>
