Impotence is a common problem among men characterized by the consistent inability to sustain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse or the inability to achieve ejaculation, or both. Erectile dysfunction can vary. It can involve a total inability to achieve an erection or ejaculation, an inconsistent ability to do so, or a tendency to sustain only very brief erections.
Type of Male Impotence: -
Arteriogenic impotence: The arteries supply blood to the penis. When arteries narrow, they fail to bring in sufficient blood to the penis resulting in ED. It mainly occurs in elderly people. Those who are diabetic or have high blood pressure are also prone to it. Arteriogenic impotence due to injuries is common but often goes unnoticed because of ignorance.
Impotence from Diabetes Mellitus: Impotence is very common among diabetics. A study showed around 50% of diabetics as patients of male impotence.
Mixed impotence: More than one factor can cause impotence in men. It could be physical factors as well as psychological factors. Mixed impotence refers to this form of impotence.
Endocrinologic impotence: When there is an imbalance of sex hormones in the blood stream, erection doesn't occur. Nearly 5 to 10% of men suffer from Endocrinology impotence.
Psychogenic impotence: Sometimes, the problem lies entirely in the mind. There will be no physical factors accompanying ED. This is a state of psychogenic impotence. People often undergo bouts of depression and anxiety.

Cholesterol is the Culprit! Cholesterol clogs arteries and allows less blood flow to… you know where! Stay away from animal and animal product foods.
Start exercising today! Take a 15 minute walk, clean the garage, or mow the lawn! Whatever your method, you need to slowly and gradually start exercising. If you start slow enough, you will eventually like it!

Take a Multi-Vitamin! You will have more energy (hopefully to exercise more) and you will get your vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

Vitamin A for A+! "Vitamin A deficiency has been the cause of impotence in some men," says Elson Haas, M.D., author of Staying Healthy with Nutrition.
Moderate Caffeine! Caffeine is a stimulant and can actually cause stress! Moderate the colas, coffee and chocolate.
