Just get them in context; there is work to do up front to leverage those experiences and get the best value from them. Just build great relationships in your business or organisation, one-to-one - then have the fun day out and grow even more!

- alan gordman 10 years agoMotivation is such a difficult term for many human resource managers and there is no perfect formula for it. The best thing to do is build constructive relationships in your company based on a rewards program that would measure the results and cope them with the expectations.
