Cholesterol is an integral part of every cell in the body. It is a waxy substance in the body of natural material. Your body needs cholesterol to function properly and can do everything that you need some fat in the diet.

What is high cholesterol?

High Blood Cholesterol Treatment and Tips

1.Take low fat diet.

2.Do regular exercise in both morning and night.

3.Avoid meat products.

4.Do not smoke and drink alcohol.

5.Loose weight if obese.

6.Include forage and fibrous foods in the diet.

7.Use sunflower or safflower oil for cooking.

8.Drink plenty of water.

9.Avoid ghee, butter, cream, white flour, sugar, cakes, pies, cookies, cheese and ice cream.

1.Add a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of lemon juice in a cup of hot water. Take the morning every day to lower cholesterol natural

6.Take onion juice to lower cholesterol, cleansing the blood and regulate heart

7.Add a teaspoon of powder meth in a glass of water. Take it for a month empty stomach
