It is well known the fact that the acid secreted by our stomach is very necessary for a normal digestive process because this acid produces different digestive enzymes (pepsin for example) that break complex particles of food in elements that can be digested by our body.

Persons that have acidity problems should avoid the consumption of coffee, tea and aerated drinks. It is recommended the consumption of herbal teas that contain liquorices and spearmint.
The consumption of a glass of warm tea daily is one of the simplest remedy for the acidity problems. 3-4 glasses of coconut water drunk every day can be useful, too.

Fennel seeds are very helpful with the digestion process. This powerful herb contains Anethole that suppresses the stomach spasm or the spasm of the gastrointestinal tract. So they are very helpful in acidity problems. Half a teaspoon of Fennel Seeds are chewed after every meal.
If you often have acidity problems try to renounce at coffee, alcohol and spicy food.
