Dandruff is a common problem. Dandruff is due to the excessive shedding of dead skin cells from the scalp. As is normal for skin cells to die and flake off, a small amount of flaking is normal and occurs in almost everyone, but sometimes in some people resulting in a lot of scales, which can also be accompanied by redness and irritation. Excessive flaking can also be a symptom of Seborrhea dermatitis, psoriasis, fungal infection or excoriation associated with infestation of head lice.
The human scalp constantly renews itself and dead skin cells are as dandruff repelled. Many dead cells sticking together, they are considered dandruff visible. Usually they are just an unpleasant Beauty problem. In Pharmacies and Drug stores you will find many different products that will help to dandruff problem. You can also try first with some natural resources:
Yogurt pack: Try it first with a hair pack of yogurt. The natural yogurt rub gently and let react for some time. Then rinse the hair and wash with a mild shampoo.
Vinegar rinses: Rinse your hair not only with clear water, but with a 1:1 mixture of water and fruit vinegar. This helps especially for itchy scalp and greasy dandruff.
Rosemary: Many commercially available include shampoos against dandruff rosemary. You can rinse your hair but also with Rosemary. To take 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves with 150 ml boiling water and 15 minutes. Strain and rinse the hair to cool it.
Even a tea made from birch leaves helps against dandruff and itching. * To take 2 to 3 teaspoons of dried leaves with 150 ml boiling water and 10 minutes. * After cooling, rub the liquid well into the scalp. * Caution is advised in blond hair. Birch leaves can lead to green-brown clay in the hair.
Fenugreek: Fenugreek is known primarily as a spice. It is part of a good curry powder. The seeds of fenugreek are anti-inflammatory and moisturizing. Boil for a scalp massage with dry shed 50 grams of powdered seeds from the pharmacy for 5 minutes with 250 milliliters of water and allow cooling. Rub the paste on the scalp and allow reacting. Then wash the hair.
Prevention of Dandruff: * Wash your hair at least three times a week. * Avoid the use of chemicals on the scalp, such as those used in hair coloring. * Make sure you have enough vitamins such as zinc, beta carotene, B6, B12 and selenium in their diet. * Regular daily brushing.
