Having measured the change in the endometrial, treatment is decided, which will take into account the gravity of such a change, age, previous pregnancies and planning to become pregnant again.
It is important to identify either the underlying causes of endometrial hyperplasia, among others, lack of ovulation in the presence of problems such as polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disease and cancers of the ovary or adrenal glands. The relative excess of estrogen can result from obesity and diabetes.
Cystic Hyperplasia: -
Diagnosis is made by taking a sample of tissue during histcroscopia local or general anesthesia.
Endometrial cells are examined and measured by the degree of change from normal to abnormal, usually using three levels: mild, moderate and severe (often called simple, complex and atypical.) Cystic hyperplasia is another term used for the less advanced (simple) endometrial hyperplasia.
Causes Endometrial Hyperplasia: -
Many cases of endometrial hyperplasia are the same dysfunctional uterine bleeding, excessive stimulation of endometrial cells by the estrogen-balancing Fieno without the level of progesterone. In the case of endometrial hyperplasia, hormonal imbalance causes the cells to change and grow excessively, and may cause erratic bleeding. The causes are often the absence of ovulation and erratic cycles.
Functional Menorrhagia: -
Take heed of the suggestions that we have to deal with functional menorrhagia, heavy periods. Reduce stress to a minimum. Apart from anything else, the erratic and heavy bleeding is stressful in itself, and worry that cause symptoms can feed more stress and worsen the symptoms.
Natural Herbs: -
Nervine herbs can relieve stress and keep hormones out of control. Among the best are the Hypericum perforatum (hypericum), the heart leonorus (Motherwort) and officinali Verbena (Verbena).
False Unicorn: -
A delicate combination Chamaelirium calculated luteum (false unicorn) and Vitex agnus castus (Vitex) can be used to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding. False Unicorn is the proper grass for the first half of the cycle and to regulate ovarian function. The Vitex, as has been shown to stimulate ovulation and is useful in particular to the problems of phase lu tein of heaven and hypothalamic-pituitary function. Tests have verified their use for dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometrial hyperplasia, disruption of ovulation and cycle correction of less than 21 days. The Vitex can be used for irregular periods around the menopause, often in combination with Cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh).
Trillium Erectum: -
Trillium erectum (American lily) plant contains substances similar to hormones called diosgenin, which appears to regulate both blood flow and hormonal balance. This herb toning the uterus is considered "specific" for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, which is due to the lack of ovulation, and may regulate both the duration of the menstrual cycle as the flow within one to three cycles.
Herbal Remedies: -
Herbal remedies appropriate to the erratic bleeding experienced around this time are rnillefolium Achillea (yarrow), Equisetum arvense (horsetail), ideaus Rubus (raspberry leaves) and Alchemilla vulgaris (lady's mantle).
