The facial wrinkles, creases or folds of skin appear on our skin as we grow older, though the wrinkles on the face are a natural human process, causing great concern because they show that we are older. The wrinkles on the face to which we give more importance are displayed on the face and neck.
From age 25 the first wrinkles appear on the face and from 50 years in the hands, which with aging are accentuated by the day. These foods are rich in antioxidants, which help protect the skin elastic tissue damaged by oxidants and free radicals.
