It is "Jai Greater Hyderbad" or just "Jai Hyderbad". The Andhra or the Rayalaseema people and the settlers in Hyderabad are reluctant to part with Hyderabad because of many reasons. The statements made by the TRS like "settlers get out", "Andhrawale Bhago" etc and the recent attacks on the properties of the settlers have made the Andhra and the Rayalaseema settlers more stubborn in demanding that Hyderabad be made into a UT or a separate state.</p>
<p>The TRS calims that they would protect the properties of the settlers once the Telangana state forms. The TRS shows the example of Chennai where a large contingent of Telugu people are still living there even after Andhra Pradesh formed. However most settlers do not buy this argument. The settlers point that when Andhra Pradesh was separated from the Tamil Nadu there was no animosity between the Telugu and Tamilian people. The Tamil leaders never made any statements against the Andhra people during that time. But the TRS leaders have been spreading venom against the so called settlers since the last few years.</p>
<p>Even yesterday Eetala Rajendar of TRS said that he is proud of the Osmania students for damaging properties of the settlers from Ameerpet to Kukatpally. Such open spitting of venom by the TRS leaders made the settlers more insecure and they are more determined to make Greater Hyderabad an Union Territory or a separate state.</p>
<p>Some settlers said that if the High Command can agree to the demand of separate Telangana if the arsonists damage few buses, they can damage hundreds of more buses and properties to make their point. "Hyderabad is developed today by people of all regions of the state (Andhra, Telangana and Rayalaseema). Let it become a common capital of Andhra and Telangana or a Union Territory. Why should we let Hyderabad go," say many settlers.
