<li>The intake of spicy foods, fried foods and pickles should be avoided.</li>
<li>Green foods with high pectin content should also be avoided.</li>
<li>Fruits like watermelon, banana, cucumber and also decrease the acidity and good natural remedy for heartburn.</li>

<p><strong>Home Remedies for Acidity</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>If you are the agony of heartburn, try sucking on a piece of clove. It will bring instant relief.</li>
<li>For people who are prone to heartburn, consumption of milk or other dairy products will prove very useful.</li>
<li>Spending regular fresh mint juice can also help you get rid of acidity.</li>
<li>Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and two teaspoons of honey in a glass of water. Drink this mixture after meals, reducing the chances of heartburn.</li>
<li>Boil cumin seeds in a glass of water. Let cool and supplement their meals with him.</li>
