Eye Care Tips

  1. Take cotton wool and soak it in luke warm MILK (yes milk), and cover your entire eye region with it for about fifteen minutes. This technique is believed to make the skin around the eye to become firmer.

  2. Take amla (gooseberry) as it is and soak it for a long period of time (preferably overnight) and use the water to wash the eyes the next morning.

  3. For tired eyes especially after staring at a computer screen or a television for long, you should dip cotton pads in cold milled and place them on closed eyes for approximately 10 minutes.

  4. For itchy eyes massage your scalp deeply with the aid of a curd.

  5. In case your eyes constantly twitch and/or are red, you should go and purchase any of the available over the counter eye drops for restoring whiteness and end the twitching. If such symptoms persist, seek professional help from an eye specialist.

  6. Always wash your entire face before sleeping to especially get rid of all the makeup around the eye like eye shadow and mascara which may have adverse effects on your eyes and the skin around it as they end up clogging the pores.
