- Guest 9 years agoI like the article you wrote and it explains what yoga is very well. I would although like to add that Yoga is one. Why choose to branch out from the essence? Yoga must be approached in a whole, otherwise one may never attain the ultimate aim of yoga. Yoga branches such as Bikram yoga , bhakti yoga, Iyegar yoga , Vinyasa Yoga etc,has segregated parts of the authentic yoga. It is made commercial. The truth is there are no branches, one must take a holistic approach to bring the body and mind into perfect harmony.
